Ethnobotanical properties of natural plant in Kop Pass (Bayburt / Turkey)

People have been in interaction with the environment and plants from existence of humanity to present day. The people living a certain geographical area use for different purposes like food, medical, fuel, industry, ornamental. This study was carried out determine some natural plant taxa ethnobotanic properties these ?t seven villages central district Bayburt. As result study, it determined that 91 belonging 36 families ethnobotanical characteristics information obtained source people. families, scientific names, usage areas traditional forms importance explained. Of spread naturally continue be used; 18 consumed as 12 food medicinal, 25 2 fruit, fruit 8 used aromatic (spice) 7 medicinal. leaf (35), flower (23), (16), seed (13), stem (8), root above ground (5), branch (4), tuber (2), bark (1) components were used. It has recorded 23 other (broom basket (1), toy dye decorative (6), firewood (10) uses. In area; Rumex alpinus L. crispus Polygonaceae family, Rosa foetida J. Herrm., pimpinellifolia L., Malus sylvestris Miller Rosaceae family Chenopodium album Atriplex nitens Schkuhr Amaranthaceae commonly wild plants.
